Packaging

The shipper is responsible for ensuring that goods are packaged to withstand normal handling in international transport. Fragile items must be marked and cushioned appropriately.

Prohibited items

We do not carry currency, live animals, hazardous materials without prior approval, weapons, or any item prohibited by origin, transit, or destination country regulations.

Customs & duties

The consignee is responsible for import duties, taxes, and any charges levied by customs authorities. Where uncollected, charges revert to the shipper.

Undeliverable shipments

If a shipment cannot be delivered, we will attempt to contact the shipper for instructions. Storage fees apply after 5 business days.

Dimensional weight

Chargeable weight is the greater of actual or volumetric weight, calculated at 166 kg / m³ for air freight and 1000 kg / m³ for road.
