These Terms govern all shipments booked with Express Global Logistics (company registration number SC096443). By tendering a shipment or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Acceptance of shipments

We reserve the right to refuse any shipment that is illegal, improperly packed, or that would jeopardise the safety of our staff, equipment, or other cargo.

Liability

Unless declared and additionally insured, our liability for loss or damage is limited to the amounts prescribed by the applicable international convention (Warsaw/Montreal, CMR, or Hague-Visby).

Delivery times

Transit times published on our website are estimates only and do not form part of the contract of carriage. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or force majeure.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of London.
